Cancellation Policy

🚩 Cancellation / Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule, please email rawlofthedead@gmail.com ASAP. See our cancellation policy below: ◼️ Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund of the total deposit. ◼️ Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. Some exceptions are: ◽ Sickness: If you or a member of your party falls ill and provides us with a valid medical certificate or note from a healthcare professional, we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling. ◽ Severe Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to attend or use our services, we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling. Please note that refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. We recommend that you review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
