Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your session, please send an email as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your session, please take note of our cancellation policy below: • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund. Some exceptions are: ◦ Sickness: If you or a member of your party falls ill and provides us with a valid medical certificate or note from a healthcare professional, we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling. ◦ Severe Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to attend or use our services, we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling. Please note that refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
